Engraving Positioning
Magic E4 has a 2-origin system, selectable from the display, which allows you to engrave without errors on most objects and enables engraving wherever you want, even on irregularly shaped objects. Using the included camera, you can position the graphic to be engraved on the object directly in the MagicEngrave software. Alternatively, the precision laser spot allows you to move and position the engraving, after launching it, simply using the directional arrows on the machine panel.
Engraving on Flat and Curved Surfaces
Thanks to the included sensors, Magic E4 can engrave on both flat and inclined surfaces, along curved, concave, or convex surfaces, and perfectly follow even irregular surfaces. It therefore guarantees, fully automatically, the same engraving stroke along any surface to ensure simply perfect results.
A Wide Range of Tools
Magic E4 can use a wide variety of tools. It comes with a diamond-tipped tool for scratch engraving, equipped with an internal spring to analogically adjust the engraving force. The Magic E4 engraver can use cylindrical and conical milling cutters for milling and cutting—particularly with conical cutters, it can perform V-Cut operations to quickly and easily achieve three-dimensional engraving results with impressive details. Magic E4 can also use rounded and any-shaped tools.
