Mini CNC Milling Machine MDX-50

MDX-50 is a mini CNC milling machine designed to create prototypes and 3D models by material removal, and can also be used to make small precision productions thanks to the integrated tool changer. As an option, this mini work center can be equipped with a 4th rotary axis to perform machining by rotating the piece 360°.

MDX-50 is perfect for making prototypes, molds and small production runs.

Thanks to SRP technology, this mini CNC milling machine allows you to obtain 3D models, with perfectly smooth surfaces, working by removal from a block of material. MDX-50 can work many different materials, with great mechanical precision (up to 0.01 mm).

MDX-50 uses a series of technical solutions that allow you to leave the peripheral without the presence of a dedicated operator, once the job has been set up correctly:

• The automatic detection function corrects the length of the tool to always ensure maximum precision
• The automatic tool changer allows the peripheral to work autonomously day and night
• The optional rotary axis can be used to reproduce even the most complex surfaces
• Automatically rotates the material up to 360°
• Allows processing on 2 and 4 sides with angles that can be managed during processing (custom)

All this increases productivity, reducing processing times.

MDX-50 is complete with CAD/CAM software

MDX-50 is really easy to use. The integrated control panel, the VPanel interface and the CAM SRP Player software make it complete and operational.

The integrated control panel allows you to manage almost all operations directly from the peripheral, without having to use a computer. The VPanel interface allows operators to change the spindle rotation speed and milling speed, even when the machine is running. With the CAM SRP Player you can import your 3D models and create the machine paths with one or more tools to create the prototype.

You can also control MDX-50 with any CAD/CAM software using a simple ISO language you can manage everything, the path that the machine will take, the tool change, the speeds and the number of spindle revolutions, as is done with large and professional CNC milling machines.
